We started our cooperation with Betasi in 2015 with the implementation of the system at the Osada Śnieżka complex, and the software is currently used by all the hotels in the Mountain Resorts Group. Operating on such a large scale brings its fair share of challenges, so we particularly appreciate PremiumHotel's comprehensive support in handling multiple multidisciplinary facilities. The system's powerful ability to perform cross-sectional analyses with data from all hotel departments is also important to us. Betasi definitely realises that when implementing a PMS system, good organisation is the basis for success. Not only do they have a proven plan of action, but they are able to implement it effectively. There is always a fair amount of commotion involved in launching software, due to the need to coordinate work across all departments, for multiple devices across a facility. The vast experience of support staff helps to ensure that the whole process goes smoothly and safely, and is an invaluable support at later stages of working with the program.
Within the Seaside Hotel Group, the Unitral Hotel specialises in Medical SPA, offering guests a wide range of therapeutic treatments, spa treatments, saunas and swimming pools.
